Your Catalog: Finding And Previewing A Video

Your Catalog, on the Video Database page, is every video you have: its barcode, its name, and whether it has one. Search by either.

The No Product Match column filters to the videos still waiting on a name from a spreadsheet. The count in its heading is how many that is.

The ▶ button on a row plays that video in your browser. Do this before publishing — it is the only way to be sure the right file went in against a barcode without driving to a store to look at the screen.

Your Catalog on the Video Database page: a search box, Edit Selected and a red Delete Permanently button, a line reading NCI's Catalog Can Not Be Edited Or Deleted — Only Your Own Uploads, and a table of videos with barcode, name, a No Product Match column, filename, upload date and a play button on each row.

Worth Knowing

  • The count at the top can exceed your uploads. It is your videos plus NCI's library.
  • A missing name is not a missing video. It plays exactly the same.
