The Wrong Videos Are Playing
Open the kiosk's page and read What Is Playing On This Screen. That is what the kiosk actually has.
If it is not what you expect, the usual reason is a library that was published but never sent — Step 3 on Upload Videos, or Send to kiosks on Video Database. See publishing.
If the loop is right but the wrong thing plays when a product is scanned, the video is probably named after the product rather than the barcode — see the filename rule.
Worth Knowing
- Give it a minute after sending. Kiosks collect on their next check-in, and the two lists disagree until then.
- An Adaptive Loop changes on its own. If the store is set to adaptive, the loop is meant to drift — see Adaptive Loop.
