Checking What A Screen Is Actually Holding
Open the kiosk's page and read What Is Playing On This Screen. That section lists what the kiosk says it is holding — not what a playlist says it should hold.
Those two disagree for a minute or two after you send an update, which is normal. If they still disagree after that, the usual reason is a library that was published but never sent — see publishing.

Worth Knowing
- This is the section to trust when somebody says the wrong thing is on screen.
- An empty list on an online kiosk means it has never been sent a library. Publish and send.
