Inviting Somebody To Your Dashboard
On the Users page, under Invite A User, enter an email address and a name, choose a level, and send.
They get a link that sets their own password. You never type it and never see it, which means you are never holding somebody else's credential.
Worth Knowing
- An invitation works once and expires. If somebody misses it, send another — only the newest one works.
- Check the spam folder before re-sending. It comes from an address they have not seen before.
- Pick the level carefully — see Administrator, Manager and Staff.
