Setting Your Password For The First Time
Your welcome email carries a link that sets your password. Open it, choose a password, and you are in.
The link works once, and it expires. If you have been sent more than one, only the newest works — the older ones stop the moment a new one goes out.
After that you sign in at the sign-in page with your email address and the password you chose. Nobody at NCI ever sees it.
Worth Knowing
- Check your spam folder before assuming the email never arrived. It comes from an address your mail server has not seen before.
- The link expiring is not a problem. Ask us for another and the new one works.
- You do not need the email again afterwards. Once the password is set, sign in normally.
