One Kiosk In Detail
Open a kiosk from Kiosk in the sidebar, or by clicking its name on the Dashboard or its Location. The page is about that one screen.
It tells you when it last checked in, how many videos it is holding, which app and firmware it is running, and how strong its wi-fi is.
Send Your Content To This Kiosk pushes a published library to this screen only. For several at once, use Send to kiosks on Video Database or Play On Kiosk(s) on Video Loops.
Worth Knowing
- Signal is worth a look before anything else. A kiosk on weak wi-fi drops off and comes back on its own, which reads like a fault and is not one.
- Scans Today at zero on a busy day means shoppers are not scanning, not that the kiosk is broken.
- Firmware and Kiosk app are ours to update, not yours. If they look out of date, tell us.
